About Us
The Brisbane Paralympic Football Program (BPFP) was formed in 2006 and continues to go from strength to strength. Built on the passion of the program’s founder & director Jay Larkins, the Brisbane Paralympic Football Program works hard to support people of all abilities to stay active and healthy through football (soccer) and other sporting activities.
The health and development of all Brisbane Paralympic Football Program members is the core focus of the program, with a big dash of fun and community spirit thrown in for good measure. Players of all abilities and ages are welcomed with open arms, and families are encouraged to participate, with many forming lifelong friendships. BBQs are regularly held after training to foster these relationships and to promote the sharing of information.
The Brisbane Paralympic Football Program currently hosts many junior and senior players, of varying abilities, and their families. Combined with the dedication and commitment of a large team of volunteers, the Brisbane Paralympic Football Program is one, big, supportive, ever-growing family!
